You won’t need to sift through hundreds of applications or worry if the candidates you receive are qualified- we’ve already pre-screened and made sure all of our candidates are competent, and will only send you candidates who are a fit for your specific position.

  • At this time, The Middle does not place full-time personal assistants. We only place part-time, ongoing positions.

  • Personal assistants charge $25-$30/hr. More experienced assistants with house manager experience may ask for $35+/hr.

  • Our services, which includes providing you with candidate matches and coordinating interviews at your convenience are free. There is no obligation to hire any of the candidates you interview but if after evaluating your options, you would like to hire a candidate from The Middle, there is a one-time $550 Placement Fee due upon hire. You pay your PA their hourly wages directly.

  • Personal assistants aren’t limited to working in specific industries. Our candidates all have varied experience.
