You can work with either an in-person personal assistant or a remote personal assistant with The Middle. Either way, your assistant will be based in your city. Even if the position is entirely remote, we still want it to feel as personal as possible! Just let us know how much work you expect to be in-person and how much you expect to be remote, and we’ll match you with candidates who are available for your needs.

At this time, we do not place full time positions. The Middle places part-time (5-25 hrs/wk), ongoing personal assistant positions.

Personal assistants aren’t limited to specific industries, but if your postiion calls for business tasks, part of our matchmaking is providing you with candidates who have relevant experience for your industry. Clients of The Middle include entertainment executives, small business owners, medical professionals, private practice owners, lawyers, and influencers.

We aim to send you your candidate matches within 2-4 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks in case we are currently in a round of interviews and need time to onboard and do our diligence on any new candidates who may be a fit for you.

If you decide to hire one of our candidates, there is a one-time $550 placement fee. You pay your PA their hourly wages directly.
